Who are we?

Atrea is a 100% owned subsidiary of BBVA, Spain´s second largest bank with more than 3.600 outlets in Spain.

Atrea primarily serves the clients of the bank when looking for a property on the coast of Spain.

Being part of the BBVA, who is one of the largest lenders to the building industry as well as to the private housing market in Spain, gives us the best insight of both the financial status of the builders as well as to the quality and abilities of the builders and their projects.

This set-up and this philosophy are now being offered to clients from outside of Spain as well, who wish to purchase property in Spain.

Atrea BBVA has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante and Malaga.  

How do we work?

We work with more than 25 different builders and offer more than 100 different new property projects.

The philosophy is to offer the widest possible quality offerings to the clients and by being independent of the builders we are able to give the best advice to the clients.

Concerning second hand properties the same philosophy applies, we work independently of several real estate agents. Not being tied up to selling properties from just one collaborator enables us both to give advice on the price as well as to look for properties across the market.

The search across the market we use when we have requests from clients for something that might not be displayed on our website and to reassure that the clients in fact see the best offers in the market when visiting properties with us.
